Job Description
MUST BE ONSITE: MONDAY - FRIDAY : 9am-5pm
CONTRACT: 6 months - possible conversion
Required Skills & Experience
Experience providing desktop or IT support in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, and applications
Familiarity with IT service management tools (ticketing systems, asset tracking)
Ability to follow standardized processes and documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience supporting healthcare environments (hospital/clinical settings)
Experience with large-scale OS deployments (Windows 10 β Windows 11)
Exposure to working with cross-functional IT teams and escalations
