Our TEKsystem's client in Monroe is looking for a PC techs for a 6 month contract that could possibly be extended up to 12 months.
Our TEKsystems client is looking for qualified Tier I Desktop Support resources to join their team on a 6 month (to start) contract.
Requirement of 2 years’ IT experience (if they have Associates or Bachelor’s, they would need only 1 year of experience). They can make some exceptions on that depending on education. They would really like candidates that have at least 1 year of IT experience even with either degree.
The Desktop Tech team provides tier I support tickets that are escalated from the Helpdesk and will be customer facing to support any hardware / software issues, installs, upgrades, etc. Candidates need to have a familiarity with hardware, working tickets, and utilizing Active directory.
