About this role

We are recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our Corporate IT team, based in Burnaby. The Desktop Support Analyst is a key member of the Helpdesk team, the first point of contact for employees when they are looking for IT support.

Houle’s core applications include MS 365, JDE Enterprise One, Unanet, Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, and ServiceNow software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
