Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintainhardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices)
- Install and upgradesoftware applications and operating systems
- Providetechnical support to end-users (onsite or remote)
- Diagnose and troubleshoothardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Manage IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories)
- Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions
- Ensure systems comply withIT security policies
- Liaise with vendors or service providers when required
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and incidents
