Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc. (ZNE) is currently seeking a Designer I, Electrical for a direct hire position located in our Stonington, CT or Charlotte, NC office.

Position Synopsis: Under direction/guidance from engineers or supervision, the successful candidate will be relied upon to assist in the planning, design, and development of electrical drawings for various projects. Related activities include research to obtain detailed project and design criteria as well as providing field support including field verifications for retrofit applications, as-built documentation, and installation supervision. 

The candidate must also be able to independently apply a working knowledge of electronics and/or electrical systems and computerized drafting methods to prepare various electrical drawings including wiring diagrams, one-lines, and schematics to represent the electrical design.
