Responsibilities
- Lead and managed projects from initial development phase through manufacturing, site installation, and final completion
- Coordinated closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Developed and monitored project schedules, timelines, and work progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and ensure all architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply with applicable regulations, codes.
- Conducted site visits and attended project progress meetings with clients, architects, designers, and consultants.
