Overview

:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Design Manager on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Workington depot.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process, resolution and communication of all design queries as part of the project.

  • Review contract requirements and ensure compliance with requirements.

  • Raise requests for further information internally and externally from the whole project team.

  • Collaborate in the preparation of design programmes.

  • Manage communication with the Client design representative throughout the contract period.

  • Produce monthly reports on design progress and any other design-specific elements.

  • Manage and update the design deliverable schedule.
