Insight Global is looking for a Water/Wastewater Design Manager local to the Charlotte, NC area. This role serves as the technical steward of large municipal water and wastewater projects, driving technical delivery in close partnership with the Project Manager while maintaining a clear split of responsibilities. The Project Technical Leader leads engineering design efforts for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure, ensuring quality control, regulatory compliance, and mitigation of rework. This individual acts as the engineer of record, performing technical reviews, stamping designs, and conducting site evaluations to ensure alignment with project and location requirements. The role emphasizes preemptive and proactive technical leadership to keep teams on schedule.
