Refurbishment / D&B Contracts
Jordan & Faber Ltd are a Main Contractor based in Sturminster Newton specialising in refurbishment contracts on military sites across Salisbury Plain. Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of an additional Design Manager to help manage our Design & Build contracts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in design management within the construction industry, with experience across both building fabric and M&E services.
The role will primarily involve managing and coordinating design information produced by subcontractors and consultants from pre-construction and tender stages through to delivery, handover and completion. The successful candidate will not generally be undertaking full detailed design in-house, but will be expected to provide design input on smaller elements where these fall between s...
