We're working with a fast-growing, product-led technology company that's building an in-house creative studio with a very different brief: operate like a high-performing agency, not a traditional internal team.

They need a Marketing Design Manager to help scale the creative and operational engine behind the marketing function across campaigns, lifecycle, paid, CRM, social, product marketing and sales enablement.

This is not a pure brand role. It is also not a “make it look nice” role.

It sits at the intersection of marketing design, growth and lifecycle marketing, systems thinking and hands-on creative execution. The kind of role where you're as proud of the workflow you built as the campaign that ran through it.

What you'll be doing
