Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for design and technical detailing across all design stages through IFC delivery within allocated timeline as per contract.
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM360, Sketchup, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Must carry out design and constructability assessment, technical and QAQC reviews.
- Must deal with local authorities having jurisdiction over regulatory compliance aspects.
- Prepare and review design reports and update project specifications as necessary.
- Identify multi‑disciplinary scope gaps and inform the project director / commercial team.
- Assist the Project Director in preparing and finalizing the Design Management Plan and Project Execution Plan.
- Prepare / Assist in preparing internal monthly progress reports.
- Arrange and lead internal coordination meetings.
