Job Description

Monitors and manages the performance of design consultants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project scope and end-user requirements. Oversees senior discipline engineers, reviews and endorses design submissions and variations, coordinates timely approvals and permits, and provides technical support in collaboration with regional/home offices. Leads pre‑qualification and tender activities, evaluates alternative design solutions, ensures proper document control, and reports to the client on design progress, concerns, and recommendations while maintaining compliance with organizational quality, safety, and environmental policies.
