Job Description

Permanent

3 times a week on site in Downtown Toronto

Must Haves:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Design, with supporting portfolio
  • Experience in mentoring and managing Design resources, and developing practice
  • UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in usage of design systems to drive coherent design practices 
  • beneficial: co-creation facilitation
  • Passionate about user-centered design, systems thinker, visual designer, you can apply design principles to complex problems, from concept to detailed design stage
  • Ready to help us build a great design organization: strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a dynamic cross-...
