About the Role:

We are looking for a Design & Engineering Lead to handle technical design, simulation and optimization of CNI solar projects in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed engineering designs for CNI projects: rooftop, ground-mounted, carport and open access plants.
• Conduct site assessments, shade analysis and load profiling for Indian C&I clients.
• Perform energy yield simulations using PVsyst, Helioscope and SketchUp.
• Prepare SLD, BOM, plant layouts and AC/DC cable sizing as per Indian electrical standards (IE Rules).
• Select modules, inverters, mounting structures and BIS-certified BOS components.
• Ensure designs comply with ALMM (for modules) and MNRE quality benchmarks.
