This role is for an engineer who would take care of design and development
of Lighting systems and optics for electric two wheeler projects.
Design and development of Lighting and optics for various vehicle
platforms eg. Head Lamp , Tail lamp , Indicators etc.
Testing and Validation of systems designed and interactions between
them by understanding the vehicle architecture.
Design and Development of prototypes meeting stringent aesthetics
and functional requirements
Ensuring manufacturability of lighting components and drive quality
controls.
Reviewing Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and End of Line test equipment at
supplier locations.
Responsible for Electromechanical Interaction and Impact Analysis and
Tolerance stack-up.
Coordinate & execute testing including Thermals, Sealing, Vibration,
Shock, and structural tests across 3D Printed prototypes , off the tool &
process samples and DVT of Lights.
