Design & Drafting Lead - Transport & CivilAre you an experienced Design & Drafting Lead or Senior Civil Designer looking to step into a key leadership role on major transport infrastructure projects?
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Design & Drafting Lead – Transport & Civil to join our Perth team. In this role, you will drive the coordination, quality and delivery of civil design models and drawing packages across road, rail and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring BIM-enabled and digitally coordinated project delivery, while mentoring designers and drafters and contributing to continuous improvement across drafting standards and workflows.
