Supports the development of strategies that lead to the long-term viability and profitability of the design and project management work group through enhanced process improvement practices. Supports cross-functional initiatives and/or teams to maximize the efficiency of programs and processes end-to-end. Will need to manage projects as assigned, which could include simultaneous demands for needed data and analysis. Workload will need to be prioritized to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely manner.
