• Product Development & Enhancement: Lead the development and evolution of the Cross Border product portfolio.
• Network Strategy & Governance: Establish and grow a robust ecosystem of network partners and suppliers to deliver market-competitive speed, cost, and reliability.
  Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring disciplined review cycles.
