The
Deputy Technical Manager
is responsible for all technical operational activities for civil & infrastructure engineering projects, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget. Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission. Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress.
