Position

Deputy Store Manager

Job responsibilities

Business Management:

  • Responsible for one product category, assist in leading sales team to reach sales target, KPI goals, stock and AFSS management.

  • Take responsibility on individual sales target. The individual sales target will be decided according to the store situation and sales volume, and it should be controlled within 50% comparing to Client Advisor

    • Client Management:

  • Capture and maximize every occasion to support the Sales Team to ensure each of them is able to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to our client.

  • Dealing with emergencies, such as client complaint, etc.

    • Team Management:

  • Direct manage a 6 staff team, tale full responsibility of the team staff, including sales performance, sales related KPI performance, etc.
