Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish quality standards and requirements to meet project QAQC requirement including BCA Quality Mark (95 point) and CONQUAS (Band 1).
- Develop quality management plans and procedures to comply project requirement.
- Conduct internal QAQC check on all construction work, material and equipment.
- Lead QAQC team to conduct QAQC regime (inspection and audit) on regular basis.
- Attend to Employer Rep comment, complaints and site memo on QAQC matter.
- Identify and address quality issues and non-conformances for material, workmanship and plant and equipment.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Provide training on quality assurance and control.
- Review and approve quality documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on quality matters.
