**Deputy Program Manager**

As the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Military and Family Life Counseling contract.
You will assist the Program Manager in managing daily operations of the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) program and shall act on behalf of Serco during the absence of the Program Manager.
**Key Responsibilities in supporting the PM include but are not limited to:**

+ Provide overall leadership, planning, and day-to-day management for MFLC program performance within the assigned geographic footprint.
