**Purpose and Scope:**
Plans, manages, controls, and executes events under the project's life cycle to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements and program objectives.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ In the absence of the PM, the DPM shall be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of

+ Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements, and issues as they
