Role- Deputy Manager- Mortgages

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of mortgage sales executives
• Drive home loan, loan against property (LAP), and mortgage product sales
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
• Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3 7 years of experience in mortgage/home loan sales
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
