- To monitor Supplier performance on monthly & YY basis & guide SQE team accordingly.- To carryout gap analysis & initiate CAPA aligning the SQA targets.- To monitor & control nonconformance in components at supplier.- To promote quality awareness among suppliers- To ensure cross functional coordination for resolution of quality issues reported in plant.- To plan & execute meetings with suppliers on monthly basis.- To plan the strategic road map to improve supplier performance.- To Freeze & achieve department objective linking to plant objectives.Knowledge of Energy Management
