Description
The Deputy Manager- Partnerships & Growth will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships to support the sustainability and scale of Dastak and TCF’s education initiatives.
This role blends business development, revenue ownership, relationship management, and program coordination. The incumbent will identify and convert B2B opportunities into long-term learning partnerships, while ensuring a high-quality partner experience. The role will also leverage the Dastak alumni community as a strategic channel for engagement and growth.
Partnership Development & Business Growth
Identify, develop, and secure B2B partnerships with low-fee private schools, school networks, and education sector organizations.
Build a strong pipeline of institutional leads for Dastak, and School Publishing offerings.
Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with partner needs.
