Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services design proposals for building and infrastructure projects which will encompass conducting feasibility studies, conceptual design, drafting of technical specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. The incumbent will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders, Authorities and Services providers, Contractors and Consultants, to review and provide technical solutions with the objective of achieving quality deliverables, compliant products and value-for-money outcomes. In addition to the competency in Electrical Engineering, you are expected to have a basic knowledge on Mechanical and Hydraulics systems.
