Job Description
JOB PURPOSE Improving body shop efficiency with Revenue Supplier management like supplier of Paint, Consumable, insurance companies, RSA provider etc. Lead Innovations in Body shop to improve efficiency like AI etc. Ensure adherence to repair quality & paint process quality Enhance dealer manpower skill and capability through training and control Drive B&P workshop inflow growth across dealer network BP Repair Order & Parts/BPRO - Target finalization for all India. Regular Monitoring Dealer Dispersion w.r.t target. Review with bottom dealers along with the Filed team. Commodity Penetration: Monitoring BP Commodity penetration. Dealer dispersion and review with bottom dealers to identify the root cause and actions.
