Job Description

Mission

Report to the HSE Manager regarding the status of HSE Matters on the project sites and report non-compliance of any Health, Safety and Environmental issue.

Main Responsibilities


Includes but not limited to the following:

  • Advise the management on legal and contractual affecting the health and welfare of the worker.

  • Liaise with the HSE Consultants, Government Officials and Professional Bodies

  • Accompany Government Officials and/or Engineers, clients onsite visit and follow-up on their recommendation.

  • Prepare the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and related plans, procedures, processes.

  • Prepare Audit plans, Training Plan/Matrix and schedule annual drills.

  • Review subcontractor Health and Safety Plan and/or procedures

  • Ensure Targets and Objectives issued by Corporate are met.
