Salary: c. £29,000 + benefits    

We’re recruiting on behalf of a values-led, highly regarded care provider whose services are consistently rated Outstanding by the CQC, who have a new opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.   This organisation is genuinely passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives, and they invest heavily in their people to make that happen.  If you’re a Deputy Manager or Team Leader who believes great care starts with empowered staff, strong leadership and person-centred values, this could be a brilliant next step.
