Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Construction Manager – Façade for large-scale, high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee façade site execution, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance to ensure timely and defect-free delivery of curtain wall and cladding systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily façade installation activities for high-rise building projects.
• Manage façade subcontractors, site workforce, and lifting equipment (gondolas, cradles, hoists) to ensure optimal productivity.
• Review façade shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance.
