A well-established FMCG business in the food industry is looking for a strong Depot Admin Manager to join their depot based in Kraaifontein, Cape Town .

This is a full-time, on-site role suited to an organised, hands‑on admin leader who can manage people, oversee daily depot administration, support order processes, and ensure that admin, finance, HR, and compliance functions run smoothly.

The successful candidate will support the Depot Manager and play a key role in keeping the depot organised, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the order process from receipt to internal confirmation and customer delivery scheduling
• Manage admin staff across depot-related accounts
• Oversee day-to-day office administration
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office processes
• Process goods inward and outward documentation
• Maintain inventory records
