A client is seeking a Deployment Engineer to support the upgrade of laptops to Windows 11/O365. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing the upgrade process, ensuring a smooth experience for end users and efficient device deployment.

The users will bring their devices to the tech bar where assess its condition, perform the upgrade and return the device to the user before giving them some initial set up support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact users to confirm and remind them of their booking before receiving their laptop for the upgrade.
• Coordinate the provision of temporary laptops for users during the upgrade process.
• Manage the build process for laptops and ensure proper configuration.
• Facilitate the return of original devices from users once the upgrade is complete.
