- Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality, schedule adherence, and resource planning.
- Take full ownership of technical and organizational decisions within the Layout & Piping discipline.
- Lead and empower a dynamic engineering team dedicated to Layout & Piping activities.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members, defining clear growth paths and fostering accountability.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development across the team.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, expert, and sustainable engineering organization
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of strong expertise in piping engineering and more than 5 years of experience managing Layout and Piping departments, including layout design and planning, material selection, pipe supports, and flexibility/stress analysis.
