Twenty-five years ago, I started my McDonald's journey as a Crew Member. Through hard work, continuous learning, and the support of great leaders, I advanced through the restaurant and eventually became a McDonald's Owner/Operator. Today, I'm proud to lead a team serving the Dayton community and creating opportunities for others to grow.

For more than 15 years, our restaurants have served local families, supported community organizations, and developed future leaders. I believe great businesses are built by great people, and our Department Leaders play a critical role in building strong teams and successful restaurants.
