Dental Practice Manager - Mississauga

The Practice Manager is a full time position that requires a positive attitude & communication skills, leadership skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, prioritize issues, analytical skills, HR experience and strong time management.

The Practice Manager will lead the vision and philosophy of the clinic and manage the daily operations and protocols for the office. They are the point person for the entire team and are required to oversee the administrative operations of the business. They will be required to work “hands‑on” in the office and lead by example. They will track and maintain budget goals and production targets and help train their team on the protocols and procedures required to achieve these goals.
