Job Description
Overview
Touro College of Dental Medicine's Albuquerque clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, alteration, and repair of dental prosthetics and appliances, including crowns, bridges, and dentures ,ensuring each product meets the highest standards of fit, function, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
+ Construct, fit, and repair full or partial dentures or dental appliances.
+ Fabricate crowns, bridges, inlays, and other restorations using various materials such as porcelain, zirconia, metal alloys, and acrylic.
+ Follow prescriptions and detailed specifications provided by dentists or dental specialists.
+ Operate and maintain lab equipment including casting machines, lathes, furnaces, and CAD/CAM systems.
+ Use digital scanners, 3D printers, and milling units for digital dentistry workflows.
