We are looking for a professional, articulate, compassionate and organized individual with awesome customer service skills to join our Biological and Physiological Dental Practice. Dental experience is not necessary; however, there will be a lot of new information to absorb and embrace quickly. Our goal is to provide an exceptional dental experience every visit, for every patient. This attitude should also be reflected with every phone call. Experience with high end customer service or sales is strongly recommended, as many of our patients will have high cost treatment plans which need to be reviewed with a high degree of competence. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, treatment plan presentation, collecting payments, follow ups with patients, communication with referring doctors, light housekeeping.
