Prepare and cook Western dishes according to recipes and standards
Assist Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen (HACCP & safety standards)
Properly store food and ingredients to minimize waste
Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
Support training of Commis Chefs when required
Follow hotel policies, health, and safety regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs

Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Western kitchen (hotel/restaurant)
