We are looking for a Butcher (DCDP) to join our culinary team and ensure that every cut of meat served embodies quality care and the authenticity of our retreat. This role is essential in supporting immersive dining experiences and maintaining the high standards of our food offerings.

Meat Preparation & Culinary Support

• Prepare cut and portion meat with precision consistency and attention to quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure ingredients are ready and available for daily service.
• Support the creation of menu items by preparing meats according to recipes guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs or shortages to the kitchen supervisor efficiently.

Hygiene Safety & Standards

• Follow strict hygiene sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain clean organized and safe workstations tools and equipment.
