• Develop and maintain accurate, rolling 36‑month demand forecasts, with contributions to the 5‑year outlook to support strategic and aggregate planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure aligned and reliable demand plans.
• Analyse market, customer, and product data to challenge assumptions and improve the robustness and quality of demand forecasts.
