Job Description Operations Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end managed service operations for Enterprise Wireless and Network infrastructure projects. The role oversees service delivery, customer engagement, incident management, operational governance, SLA compliance, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
