Have managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data support

• Deep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards.
• Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT services
• Ability to independently run overall account governance meetings with client. Drive creation of related reporting and governance decks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent people skills and the ability to manage large (100+) teams.
• Overall atleast 15+ years of IT service/project experience, of which atleast 5 years in managing large AMS teams.
