What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end.
• Define delivery outcomes, success criteria, scope, milestones and delivery plans aligned to business goals.
• Deliver projects across a range of enterprise technology areas, including:
  • Microsoft 365 (collaboration, productivity, tenant migrations and adoption)
  • Infrastructure services (networking, hosting, connectivity and cloud foundations)
  • ServiceNow and ITSM tooling implementations or improvements
  • End User Services / Compute, including device rollouts and modern workplace programmes
