Primary Skills :

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery with proven experience of at least 3+ years leading programs, delivery portfolios, or engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology projects with distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps.
• Prior technical background with exposure to Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies preferred.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.
