**Introduction**
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lead at IBM will govern, manage delivery, transformation initiatives and client satisfaction in accounts payable operations. They drive analytics, share insights and drive digital transformation using AI workflows, automation, ensure compliance with SLAs, and lead teams to deliver business benefits.
**Your role and responsibilities**
1. Service Delivery & SLA Management Monitor and manage daily P2P service operations to ensure compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Oversee the invoice receipt to payments scope, travel/expense claims, and payment runs. Ensure accurate reconciliation of vendor statements, duplicate payment recoveries, and improve paid on time.
