**Position**: Delivery Manager and Scrum Master

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog refinement).
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Identify, remove, and escalate impediments to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Drive Agile maturity and team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Technical Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure backlog health and sprint goal alignment.
- Support the adoption of Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Work with the Agile Delivery Manager to align team delivery with broader platform initiatives and technical standards.
- Promote a safe environment for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
