TEKsystems is looking for a Delivery Lead for a contract to perm opportunity. The position will require travel to the project sites in Silicon Valley, but locations can expand outside of California. Must be open to travel.
Description
The TEK Delivery Lead owns the operational health of their portfolio. That means operationalizing study plans alongside the Engagement Manager and Tech Leads — building throughput models, refining protocols and study taxonomy, creating schedules, and tracking and reporting against success metrics. It also means owning the people side of delivery: onboarding new study team members, offboarding rolling staff, and managing performance across field teams to ensure quality and consistency. The Delivery Lead is the single point of contact for client communications on their respective studies and is expected to bring structure, calm, and forward motion to a fast-moving environment.
