Role Overview
This role sits within the Rates & FX Delivery team and is part of TP ICAP Technology. It is a key role in our ability to provide valuable on-target implementations of business requirements to our global customer base. As Delivery Manager, you will own TP ICAPs delivery pipeline and manage/support teams of employees and vendors in their effort to deliver. You are expected to work closely with peers and team leads on dependency management and removal of impediments to optimise team efficiency and throughput.
An understanding of derivatives and trading platforms is a key requirement for the role.
Role Responsibilities
Drive planning, estimation and coordination of the team’s technical roadmap and its execution
Ensure that realistic delivery roadmaps are maintained and ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders
Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project
