Job Summary

The Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market while meeting delivery and quality standards. The Delivery Specialist will deliver Legendary Customer Experience through building trusted relationships, offering seasoned advice, ensuring safe delivery of the product, resolving problems and handling product returns as required.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support our Final Mile delivery operations across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day work and are comfortable working across different store or delivery locations within the market. Travel between nearby locations is a regular part of the role, offering the chance to build relationships with multiple teams and gain broader operational experience.
